Are all our clothes unisex?

All the products are categorized as uni sex. we believe in fluid fashion, allowing our customers to choose pieces that fit, fall, and feel great, regardless of traditional gender categories. Ultimately, the choice of style and size depends on individual preference and all purchases are at the customers discretion.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date you place your order.
Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer than 5-7 working days.

We currently do not offer same day delivery.

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air way bill number to track your package.

What Are The Payment Options?

If your order is within Pakistan and under Rs.10,000 you can opt for Cash On Delivery.  

We accept all credit/debit cards powered by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and JCB.

You may also pay via bank transfer. Please note that we will not dispatch the order until our customer service team has received proof of payment.

What Are Your Delivery Charges?

Domestically, delivery charges are Rs250 on orders under Rs5000 and free on orders above Rs5000. For international shipping, shipping charges are calculated upon checkout by our courier service and differ from region to region.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order anytime before the order is processed. To cancel your order, please email us at support@reloopshop.com before your order is dispatched. We are not responsible if your order has already been dispatched or delivered.  

Re loop reserves the right to cancel orders. Reasons may include out of stock items, fake information, incomplete details, inability to share proof of payment (in case of bank transfer).  

Furthermore, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been processed. We are unable to change the size or the billing address once an order has been processed.

How Much Duty And Taxes Will I Have To Pay?

Shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

What might i earn when selling at Reloop?

For every item you sell with us, you can earn 500/- per item.

How many minimum items can i sell?

There should a minimum of 10 items.

What is the different item conditions you accept?

We specialize in selling only the highest quality, second-hand items. We have a trained team who carefully evaluates each item to determine its overall condition and quality
Our accepted conditions include:
Excellent:
The item is practically new! It shows no obvious signs of being worn or washed.
Very Good:
The item shows no major flaws. Due to being worn or washed there may be light fading or piling. Hardware may also have light scratches.
Good:
The item has clearly been worn but it is still in good condition. There may be minor signs or wear such as light piling, fading or light stains.
